Natural Lizard Branch Photography
This is not an optical illlusion and has not been altered in any way digitally or otherwise.
The tree branch shown here is naturally shaped and looks very much like a lizard with a long tail and a smaller branch for it’s leg. It even has an area for the eye as well as a mouth too. The textured of the bark is well suited to provide the scaly skin that is normally associated with lizards.
My friend Flora showed me this branch and has had it for years. I think she said she found it on the ground one day and thought it looked like a lizard. I just think it is very interesting and beautiful. I have seen natural wood that looks like a dragon or bird but those have had human hands adding finer details to it.
I especially hate those natural wood art pieces that shine like a mirror with too much varnish. I certainly prefer this one as it’s 100% natural.
If you stop and look down once in a while you may be surprised what you will find…. I tried that the other day and found a twenty dollar note… no kidding. Give it a try… like finding treasure that’s out in the open. You don’t even have to do any digging like those excavating Egyptian mummies. ![]()
