I think this kid has been doing this for years.

He plonked this chair at this roadside stall that has closed for the night, took out a textbook and started to read.

The only source of light is the light from his mother’s roadside stall. She has not finished selling her wares and he is just waiting for her to pack up so he can go home and have some dinner.

The mother is lucky as this young kid is quite independent.

He does not run out or make loud noises like some of those kids that does that all the time which can get very annoying. So she does not worry about him and concentrates on selling her vegetables.

I just hope the young and tender eyes of this boy will not be impaired and having to get glasses as the light from the stall is not very bright too.

It is great however to see that the boy has the yearning to study and work hard to achieve greater success so he will be able to provide even more in the future for his parents.
