High Contrast Anita Portrait Photography
This is another good friend of mine called Anita that I shot when I was directing a photography project with another photographer. I was in the role of Art Director for that project at the time. And while waiting for everything to be set up I turned my camera onto Anita and shot a few portraits.
I like this photo because it is natural and sweet. So I converted the photo to high contrast black and white without any grays at all.
Added some small colored boxes near the bottom to give it a little color and we’re done. The little colored boxes are actually small versions of her photo repeated to form a line of blocks.
Simple and looks really lovely I thought. I still don’t know what she thinks of this because I haven’t had the chance to show her yet. Will tell her when this is released to visit the blog… hopefully it will be a nice surprise for her. ![]()
